By downloading or playing Curbside Jam ("the app") you agree to these terms. The app is provided by Nifu Games.
Using the app
The app is free to play with ads and optional in-app purchases. Use it for personal, non-commercial entertainment. Do not cheat, tamper with the app or its servers, harass other players, or use offensive nicknames. We may hide, restrict or remove accounts that break these rules.
Purchases
Purchases are processed by Apple and subject to Apple's terms. Virtual items such as coins and tickets have no cash value and cannot be transferred. You can restore purchases in Settings. Refunds are handled by Apple.
Your content
Your nickname and profile may be shown to other players in rankings. Do not include personal or offensive information.
Availability
We may update, change or discontinue features, events and the app, and online features may be unavailable during maintenance. We try to avoid losing your progress but cannot guarantee it.
Liability
The app is provided "as is". To the extent the law allows, Nifu Games is not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing here limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.
