Common questions

I reinstalled the app and lost my progress.

Open Settings and sign in with Apple. If you linked your account before, your progress, rankings and purchases are restored.

How do I restore my purchases?

Settings → Restore Purchases. Use the same Apple ID you bought with.

How do I delete my account and data?

Settings → Delete Account. You can also e-mail us from the address you use for the app.

Someone has an offensive nickname.

Open their profile in the leaderboard and tap Report. Enough reports hide a player automatically and we review them.

The online features are unavailable.

We may be doing maintenance, or your app needs an update. Check the App Store for the latest version.
